1.Abhijit Sen Committee - Member of Planning Commission ; this committee was set up when government was dispensed with Tendulkar Committee cap on BPL beneficiaries ; the committee is expected to determine the cap on beneficiaries under all welfare schemes.
2. Jammu & Kashmir interlocutors report - The interlocutors appointed by Central Government consisted of journalist Dilip Padgaonkar, former Information Commissioners M.M. Ansari and Radha Kumar; recommendations were a) Permanent Political Settlement, b) Increasing Autonomy of State government, c) Revoking Armed Forces Special Powers Act, d)Withdrawing of Public Safety Act, e) Reducing visible presence of Army in the state.
